Patience

Patience is a virtue they say...
virtue |ˈvərCHo͞o|
noun
1 behavior showing high moral standards: paragons of virtue.
• a quality considered morally good or desirable in a person: patience is a virtue.
• a good or useful quality of a thing: Mike was extolling the virtues of the car | there's no virtue in suffering in silence.

archaic virginity or chastity, esp. of a woman.

That being said it would be fitting to reflect on whether or not your standards are low for yourself anytime to you find that you are having difficulty being patient.  This is an interesting concept for me being that I often struggle when it is time for me to be patient for things.  Lately though, it has been a constant lesson... ultimately I'm really discovering that it is a matter of raising my standards.  When you haste or prioritize convenience it comes with a cost.  You are always paying in quality in one way or the other.    So the next time you are feeling impatient about something ask yourself if the sacrifice in quality, in order to have whatever it is that you want to happen right now, is really worth it.
